In the following days, a senior manager says:

"Well, you know, obviously people are becoming militants because of the war and we have to expect it, and its understandable that they would become radicalized because of what Israel is doing to them. But we've decided we’re not going to do background checks, it’s not what we’re going to do."

It  sort of shows, you get this individual... and for lack of a bigger coordinated policy, they could just say, "Nah, we don’t want to do background checks. And, like, they should be radicalized. Look what they’re living through." Like, what the fuck... "This is HR. They are basically saying, "It's cool, we can hire Hamas to work for us in our hospitals."
