On the anniversary of the Oct 7, 2023 attacks in Israel, in which Hamas murdered some 1400 people and took 230 men, women and children hostage into Gaza, many "human rights" and humanitarian organizations either downplayed or were entirely silent when it came to Israeli victims. Doctors without Borders (MSF) was one of them - choosing to frame the date as the start of "Israel's Genocide," to mark it with a "March for Palestine" - even as hostages remained trapped in Gaza.
